Lemonade is seeking an Associate Insurance Product Manager to help grow Lemonade Car into the most loved car insurance on the planet. You will work with Actuarial and Underwriting to shape coverage, pricing, and the product roadmap in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.

You will own the regulatory lifecycle, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring changes to market with speed and quality. This is a remote role in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field required
• Proven ability to work in a highly analytical, regulated environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills

Responsabilités

• Develop new car product features for emerging customer segments and channels
• Define coverage, pricing, and eligibility with Actuarial and Underwriting
• Own regulatory lifecycle for key product initiatives from concept to launch
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven actions
• Research competitive landscape and trends to stay best-in-class
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Data to market changes quickly
