Job summary

Lemonade, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across its growing P&C portfolio. You’ll partner with Insurance Operations and Product to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance and support leaders across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet products.

You’ll help build scalable processes, drive AI-enabled improvements, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of P&C personal lines insurance compliance or risk management experience.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements for different audiences.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of risk management principles across lines of business.
Remote-work ability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Build and implement new compliance processes from scratch for scale.
Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements across P&C lines.
Provide compliance guidance to leaders as the company grows.
Foster relationships across Compliance, Insurance Operations, and Product.
Drive AI- and automation-enabled improvements for compliance at scale.
Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Support company-wide compliance projects as they arise.
