Lemonade is seeking an experienced actuary to drive car insurance pricing with an AI-first approach. You will own car rating plans, contribute to predictive models with the Data Science team, and support ML-driven rate filings. The role emphasizes ethics, transparency, and growth as AI tools evolve.

Expect remote work, collaboration across Underwriting, Product, Claims, and BI, plus opportunities to advance credentials and influence pricing strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C actuarial experience, preferably in personal lines pricing.
• ACAS or higher certification.
• BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop expertise on car rating plans and rate indications.
• Contribute to predictive modeling projects with Data Science.
• Craft rate filing support for new ML models.
• Identify pricing and underwriting opportunities from results.
• Build a knowledge base of competitor rating strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and BI.
• Advance actuarial credentials through recognized qualifications and research.
