ACG is seeking an Auto Claim Representative I to investigate and resolve low complexity automobile physical damage claims. You will review claims, assess damages, determine coverage, and coordinate repairs or settlements.

The role requires strong communication skills, basic claim handling knowledge, and the ability to work remotely with schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ET. Prior training or a license eligibility is required in this field.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education and licensing requirements as stated; must be eligible for Adjuster license within 90 days.
• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience.
• In some states, ability to obtain State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Review assigned claims and contact insured/affected parties.
• Set expectations for the remainder of the claim process.
• Initiate documentation in the claims system and perform basic investigations.
• Conduct coverage analysis and determine applicable limits or exclusions.
• Identify all possible policyholder benefits and potential subrogation opportunities.
• Approve payments and refer complex cases to specialized units as needed.
