Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group is seeking an Auto Claim Representative I to investigate and resolve low complexity automobile damage claims. You will review information, assess damage, determine coverage, and coordinate repairs while maintaining clear communication with insured parties.

The role emphasizes negotiation, documentation, and adherence to company policies and state regulations. Remote work is available with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training program or relevant experience.
• Eligible to acquire State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license if inspections occur in person.
• Six months of claim negotiation, evidence evaluation, and estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low complexity auto damage claims.
• Review claim information, assess damage, determine coverage, coordinate repairs.
• Communicate with insured and others, set expectations for claims timeline.
• Document claim files thoroughly in the system; handle subrogation opportunities.
