Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an Associate Auto Claims Advisor (Remote). You will investigate, verify coverages, and explain liability decisions for non-injury auto and property claims. You’ll manage diaries, gather police reports, and coordinate with repair facilities while keeping customers informed.

The role supports a remote-first culture with flexible home-based work in multiple time zones. Training is 6 weeks full-time Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm PT, starts 12/07/2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2 years of customer-facing virtual experience preferred.
• Ability to train and perform in remote setting; meet work-from-home requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto-related claims.
• Explain policy coverages and liability decisions to customers.
• Manage diary system to resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Gather information from insured, claimants and others; contact repair facilities.
• Keep customers informed of claim status and timely updates.
