• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years in public accounting and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, staffing, and execution of client engagements.
• Review work papers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants, and Staff.
• Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Manage performance conversations and evaluations.
• Promote the Firm's image through panels and publications.
