Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP seeks an experienced Manager to lead audit engagements and support the broader Tax/Audit practice. You will supervise staff, oversee planning and staffing, and maintain strong client relationships to enhance office profitability.

The role requires 5–8 years in public accounting, a CPA license preferred, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Travel domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA license strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize a fast-paced workload.
• Strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to staffing and delivery.
• Oversee engagements with minimal supervision and mentor staff.
• Conduct engagement reviews and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships to grow the Firm’s business.
• Support Principals with identifying and pursuing new clients.
