Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit/Tax Manager to lead a range of engagements in a fast-growing firm. You’ll plan, staff, and supervise engagements, mentor staff, and develop client relationships to expand business.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 5–8 years in public accounting, and a CPA license. Strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills are essential; some positions offer hybrid or remote work depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA license required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to staffing and execution.
• Oversee engagement reviews and ensure timely delivery with quality.
• Supervise and mentor staff and seniors; provide feedback and evaluations.
• Develop and pursue new client relationships and opportunities.
• Support business development and firm branding initiatives.
• Manage time and resources to improve office profitability.
