You will supervise staff, mentor accountants, and strengthen client relationships while helping increase profitability. Some remote or hybrid options may be available based on business needs.

The role requires a CPA, a strong accounting background, and ability to lead teams and engage with principals and clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5–8 years in public accounting.
• CPA license required plus strong knowledge of tax and audit.
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor teams to ensure quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, plan staffing and timing with minimal supervision.
• Oversee engagement reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Develop staff through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Support business development and pursue new clients.
• Grow client relationships and contribute to firm profitability.
• Engage in firm marketing, training, and knowledge sharing.
