Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead client engagements, manage staffing and timing, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal oversight. The role includes supervising staff, guiding performance conversations, and assisting Partners in pursuing new clients.

A CPA is preferred, with strong GAAP and auditing knowledge guiding daily decisions. Demonstrated client relationship skills and the ability to transform technical insights into high-value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and oversee client engagements, including timing and technical decisions.
• Review and guide engagement progress, identifying and solving issues with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist Principals/Partners in pursuing new clients and opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to firm publications and trainings.
