Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience.
• Expert understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client engagements from planning to completion, with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff at multiple levels and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist Principals and Partners in identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through professionalism and service.
