Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for planning, staffing, timing and technical decisions on engagements.
• Oversee completion of engagements and resolve problem areas with minimal oversight.
• Supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support development.
• Identify opportunities to pursue new clients and convert knowledge into value.
