Job summary

Ipas is seeking an Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor to strengthen engagement across communications channels. The role will track audience needs, analyze performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non-profit, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
• Excellent grasp of social media, web and email metrics and best practices (Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies grounded in insights, channel performance and clear goals.
• Track and interpret audience behavior across channels (social, email, web, publications, campaigns, events).
• Design and maintain reporting systems to measure reach, engagement, conversion, audience growth and message resonance.
• Exercise decision-making authority for routine audience engagement, channel optimization and reporting within budgets.
• Guide country teams in developing audience-informed communications reflecting the Ipas brand.
• Collaborate with Communications and fundraising teams to design campaigns with measurable outcomes.
