This full-time role can be done remotely with state eligibility, emphasizing strong writing, organization, and customer-first service. Base pay ranges from $66,000 to $70,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, content production, or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing to present detailed information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and stakeholder trust.
• Interest in collector cars or automotive culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller data and photos.
• Coordinate with sellers and teams to keep listings accurate.
• Serve as primary contact for sellers during pre-auction.
• Provide high-quality customer support and guidance.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages.
• Track listings in internal systems and document listing history.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for listing creation to auction launch.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
