In this remote, full-time role, you will manage a high-volume listings pipeline, provide empathetic customer support, and ensure accuracy from listing creation through auction launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing to present detailed information clearly.
• Professional, customer-first communication style.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and building trust with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with independent work and escalation when needed.
• Interest in collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience a plus.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to support evolving team needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller data and photos.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for sellers during pre-auction phase.
