Job summary

Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC is seeking a detailed Atlassian System Administrator to own and evolve the Atlassian Cloud platform, including Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to translate workflows into scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual work and provide real-time visibility.

This remote role focuses on RBAC, SSO/MFA, dashboards, and integrations with Slack, Teams, GitHub, Salesforce, and HRIS/ITSM tools, driving

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Atlassian Cloud administration.
Expertise in configuring Jira Cloud projects, workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
Experience building Jira Cloud Automation rules and cross-project automations.
Administration of Jira Service Management and Confluence Cloud.
Security and governance focus: RBAC, SSO/MFA, audit logging.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end administration of the Atlassian Cloud stack across Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
Configure projects, boards, issue types, workflows, screens, and security schemes in Jira Cloud.
Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and license allocation; SSO/SCIM.
Maintain Confluence Cloud spaces, templates, and permissions at scale.
Design and maintain Jira Cloud automations and cross-product workflows.
