Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking an entry-level Solutions Consultant support specialist within the Sales & Marketing team. This fully remote role focuses on delivering compelling product presentations, supporting webinars, and learning how to position Paylocity’s solutions for existing clients and smaller opportunities.

You will work closely with Solutions Consultants, Sales and Service teams to understand client needs, contribute to discovery

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of client-facing or operational experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solution presentations to clients and prospects.
• Support webinars and client-facing events.
• Assist Enablement with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
• Learn how to prepare for product engagement, discovery and solution presentations with Solutions Consultants.
• Maintain foundational knowledge of Paylocity’s product suite and key features.
• Provide input on client challenges and potential solutions.
