Priority Commerce is hiring an Associate Relationship Manager, Banking & Treasury Services to support high-value clients after onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on understanding client needs, leveraging our acquiring product, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, account coordination, or similar office environment (FinTech or banking interest is a plus).
• Clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and clients.
• Proactive problem solving and learning new processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trusted client relationships post-integration.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our acquiring product and address client queries.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand evolving needs.
• Advocate for roadmap and product solutions based on client needs.
• Escalate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and other departments for feedback.
