Job summary

Priority Commerce is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Banking & Treasury Services to build trusted post‑integration relationships with high-value clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client success and driving revenue while supporting lower-touch accounts after onboarding.

Reporting to the Director of Banking, Treasury, and Platform Relationships, this remote role offers a path to grow with a technology-driven payments and treasury platform.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture trust-based post‑integration relationships with clients.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our acquiring product to address client queries and offer solutions.
  • Conduct periodic client check-ins to understand evolving needs and align services.
  • Escalation management and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to capture client feedback.

About the Role:

As an Associate Relationship Manager, Banking & Treasury Services, you will play a critical role in the long-term success of high-value clients and the company. By ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes, the role will help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, which in turn can lead to increased revenue and business growth. You will act as trusted advisors to clients, helping them to realize the full potential of the company’s offerings and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company. The Associate Relationship Manager will be heavily involved with post onboarding and will mainly be supporting lower touch clients.

Responsibilities
Relationship Management
  • Key point of contact post-integration: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients after integration.
  • Product knowledge and support: Maintain a deep understanding of our acquiring product to effectively address client queries and offer solutions.
  • Regular client check-ins: Conduct periodic meetings to understand clients’ evolving needs and align services to meet those needs.
  • Build an understanding of customer needs to advocate for roadmap and product solutions.
  • Escalation management and collaboration with internal teams to resolve any customer issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Internal coordination: Collaborate with various internal teams to effectively meet client needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Feedback loop: Work with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to provide client feedback, contributing to product improvements and the development of new offerings.

Candidate Requirements
Required
  • Associates degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office environment (FinTech or Banking interest is a plus).
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to learning new processes and solving basic technical puzzles.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attitude: Patient, eager to learn, and collaborative.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range: $60k - $72k
