Deluxe Corporation seeks a Client Manager Representative for Treasury & Payments Solutions to lead a portfolio of middle-market clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving revenue expansion, protecting revenue, and guiding clients through treasury and payment optimization.

You will build executive-level relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to align resources while leveraging high-touch support and digital tools for client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in direct B2B sales in payments industry.
• CTP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage time and accounts in mid-size client relationships.
• Track record with C-suite and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets within an assigned portfolio.
• Generate net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Lead add-on services and cross-sell initiatives.
• Execute pricing strategies aligned with contracts.
• Own renewal strategy and manage high-risk relationships.
• Maintain pipeline visibility via CRM and forecasting.
• Serve as primary client contact delivering high-quality engagement.
