Priority Commerce is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for Banking & Treasury Services. This remote US role focuses on post‑onboarding client success, building trusted advisor relationships and driving adoption of our payables, acquiring, and treasury solutions.

You will support high‑value clients, address inquiries with product knowledge, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office environment (FinTech/Banking a plus).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to learning processes and solving basic technical puzzles.
• Strong organization to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, eager to learn, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Post‑integration relationship management: be the main point of contact and build trust with clients.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of our banking/treasury solutions to address client questions.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand evolving needs and align services.
• Advocate for product roadmaps and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Escalation management and cross‑team collaboration to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to collect client feedback.
