Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Manager for a fully remote, EST-based role. You will support senior Project Managers, help move projects through routing, reviews, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, and account teams.

You'll gain training across submission platforms, manage assets for client submissions, and maintain project records while pulling weekly financial reports and assisting in team meetings.

• Comfort with technology and ability to follow instructions from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Move projects through the agency by routing work for review and handling client submissions.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account and behavioral services teams.
• Train and apply knowledge of multiple submission platforms.
• Prepare assets delivered by the creative team for submissions and coordinate with project teams.
• Maintain electronic job folders and route projects for review via the Ziflow platform.
• Keep projects open/closed, update tasks and upload files in the system.
• Pull weekly project financial reports and assist in team meetings.
