Job summary

Inizio Evoke seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to oversee 1-2 brands, lead PM teams, and steer strategic planning and execution in a remote role reporting to the Director, Project Management.

You will drive brand planning, cross‑brand initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with department heads to optimize workflows while mentoring junior PMs and building AI‑assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PM with 6+ years and exposure to healthcare/pharma advertising.
• Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management experience.
• Experience delivering across websites, email programs, events and digital initiatives.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage up to senior partners.
• Nice to have familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑brand PM initiatives including launch and mature brands.
• Own brand planning with long‑range timelines and multi‑channel workstreams.
• Oversee PM workflows, budgeting, estimates, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor PM talent and act as escalation partner for PM and staff.
• Champion PMO initiatives and integrate emerging technologies.
