Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing projects. The role is remote and reports to a Director of Project Management, with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across strategic services, creative, technology, and operations.

You will manage complex projects, mentor an assistant PM, and coordinate with multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related agency environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams including account services, creative, strategy, and production.
• Proficient with MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources; strong process improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of projects and serve as primary PM for client initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources; drive project process decisions across teams.
• Create and maintain project status docs; lead daily/weekly production meetings.
• Coach and manage an assistant PM; coordinate with vendors/partners.
