Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a remote role reporting to the Director, Project Management. You will lead end-to-end development of pharmaceutical marketing projects, serving as the operational liaison between the account team, creative, strategy, and vendors.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, mentor an Assistant Project Manager when needed, and drive process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within a pharmaceutical marketing context.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including account services, creative, strategist, database, interactive, and print production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines and needs.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with PM financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of projects per defined processes.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources; influence decisions on process and scope.
• Oversee med/legal submission prep and client guideline adherence.
• Mentor and manage an Assistant Project Manager where applicable.
• Maintain PM systems of record and drive process improvements.
