Job summary

Inizio Evoke in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing projects. This remote role reports to a Director, Project Management and partners with account teams and the development group to ensure delivery per business processes.

You will lead projects solo or with an Assistant PM, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and oversee cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and data specialists.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing agency settings.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) required.
• Proficient with MS Project or Smartsheets and PM financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of projects per the business process.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for projects.
• Manage PM systems and monthly staffing projections.
• Coach and manage an Assistant PM.
