Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking an Account Executive to support multiple client engagements and programs. You will coordinate 3-4 client teams, draft key documents, and manage tasks with moderate supervision. The role involves collaboration with creative, earned/social media teams, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in communications, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. This is a fully remote position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or health/science related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years’ communications experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supports 3-4 client/project teams with moderate supervision.
• Schedules client calls, prepares agendas, and tracks next steps.
• Contributes to client programs including research, media monitoring, and relationship building.
• Drafts client documents (press releases, Q&As, fact sheets, posts) and proofs for accuracy.
• Collaborates with partners and vendors; helps manage events and timelines.
• Supports business development through research and materials development.
• Mentors interns and assistants; communicates effectively across teams.
