Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and own the end-to-end order lifecycle in Electrification Services. You'll coordinate with sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.

The role reports to Sales Support Manager - Customer Support and is onsite in Florence, SC, with a focus on modernization and parts factory orders and related reporting and post-delivery support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or associates with 4 years and HS with 6 years.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in electrical industry or manufacturing is a plus.
• SAP and Salesforce familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Manage scope, contracts, risks, and opportunities; adapt plans to customer needs.
• Serve as liaison between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee governance from contract review to close-out per company policies.
