Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the PM Team in tracking and processing client data and workflows, act as a primary client liaison, and manage priorities across departments. The role includes higher-level PA tasks, on-call coverage, and PM-level quality control.

Ideal candidates will have strong Relativity knowledge, technical aptitude, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote role with potential for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms.
• Working knowledge of Relativity including, but not limited to: Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC – Import/Export, Searching, STRs, and Imaging/OCR Sets.
• Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase.
• Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Manager and PM Team in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client data and workflows.
• Serve as a daily point of contact for client requests and keep project reporting.
• Queue management of client priorities and escalation to PM Team as needed.
• Perform higher-level PA tasks like running complex productions, STRs, and custom requests with minimal supervision.
• Provide coverage for PA and PM teams as needed and assist with on-call rotations.
• Perform PM-level Quality Control of work requests and deliverables.
• Assist PM Team with custom reporting and client tracking.
• Coordinate/manage drives stored and returned; manage client archival requests.
• Train PA Team for new hires or transfers to assigned client team.
