Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs and review platforms.
• Working knowledge of Relativity including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC, Import/Export, STRs, OCR sets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when client project loads increase.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within PM and PA teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior PM and PM Team in tracking, organizing, processing, and promoting client data and workflows.
• Serve as daily point of contact for client requests and keep project reporting updated.
• Elevate issues to PM Team as needed and support PA Team tasks.
• Perform PM-level quality control on work requests and deliverables.
• Assist with custom reporting and tracking for clients.
• Coordinate/manage drives stored and returned; assist in client archival requests.
• Provide coverage for PA and PM teams during absences and on-call rotations.
