Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Senior PMs in tracking, organizing and processing client data and workflows. You will act as a key daily contact for client requests and help ensure quality of deliverables.

You will collaborate across PM and PA teams, handle complex tasks with guidance, and participate in extended hours when workloads rise. Remote work options and multiple U.S. locations are available.

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior PMs and PMs in tracking, organizing and processing client data and workflows.
• Serve as a daily point of contact for client requests and monitor project progress.
• Perform PM-level Quality Control of work requests and deliverables for clients.
