Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc is seeking a Project Analyst to act as the primary internal monitor for the Client Services department. The role supports the Project Manager by tracking, organizing, processing, and promoting client data and workflows.

The PA will be the daily contact for client requests, manage project reporting, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate data handling. Availability for extended hours when workloads rise is required.

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms.
• Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing.
• Experience with Relativity components (Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC – Import/Export, Searching, STRs, Imaging/OCR Sets).
• Highly organized and able to monitor multiple processes and progress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for daily requests from multiple parties.
• Draft processing statements of work and Playbooks for other departments.
• Prepare client data for processing and ensure accuracy in Relativity workflows.
• Process data through Relativity Processing application.
• Troubleshoot Relativity Processing and Workspace issues.
• Monitor progress of client projects across departments.
