Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, and/or decarbonization/energy efficiency.
• Understanding of building design, construction, and operations in real estate assets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions for real estate partners.
• Perform asset-level and portfolio energy analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop reports and memos communicating technical details and action items.
• Collaborate across North American Sustainability Consulting platform on solutions.
