Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Climate and Decarbonization to support energy and sustainability project delivery for real estate clients. You will work on asset-level analyses, portfolio benchmarking and decarbonization pathways, leveraging Excel and third-party tools to generate actionable insights.

You will collaborate with North American sustainability teams to evolve technical solutions, contribute to feasibility studies, and support ESG advisory services including LEED/WELL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in real estate sustainability or energy/engineering analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
• Understanding of building design, construction and operations
• Experience with site visits and client engagement
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

• Support technical energy and decarbonization analysis and reporting
• Assist with energy benchmarking and asset-level analysis
