Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Climate and Decarbonization Practice to support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions for global real estate partners. You will analyze energy data, benchmark performance, and contribute to advisory work across multiple asset types.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in real estate sustainability, engineering analysis, and client engagement, with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset to drive decarbonization projects forward.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, and/or decarbonization/energy efficiency
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple real estate asset types
• Previous experience with site visits and client engagement
• Strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis

Responsibilities

• Support technical project delivery related to energy and decarbonization solutions development, energy benchmarking, and reporting
• Perform asset-level and portfolio-level analyses using Excel and other tools
• Assist in developing decarbonization pathways for corporate occupier and owner/investor real estate clients
• Support decarbonization advisory scopes with clients, develop targets and prepare reports
• Collaborate on developing and evolving technical solutions for sustainability consulting services
• Support ESG portfolio advisory for real estate occupiers and owner/investor portfolios
