Job summary

JLL seeks a practical Associate Project Manager to support energy and decarbonization delivery for global real estate clients. You will apply sustainability knowledge to collaborate with teams on innovative, impactful solutions across asset types.

You will benchmark energy performance, support compliance efforts, and help develop client-ready reports while engaging with stakeholders and leveraging Excel-based analyses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in real estate sustainability
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Understanding of building design and operations
• Site visits and client engagement
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excel data analysis proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support technical delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions.
• Perform energy benchmarking and portfolio analysis.
• Assist with building performance standard compliance (LL97, BERDO).
• Develop reports and memos communicating technical details.
• Collaborate with the North American Sustainability Consulting platform to share solutions.
• Support ESG advisory and sustainable buildings work as needed.
