Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Climate and Decarbonization Practice to support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions for global real estate partners. The role emphasizes building performance standards, data analysis, and collaboration with teams on sustainable outcomes.

You will contribute to technical analysis, advisory scope development, and cross-functional delivery of ESG initiatives, including LEED/WELL and portfolio-level decarbonization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in real estate sustainability or energy/decabonization analysis.
• Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across real estate assets.
• Experience with site visits and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical energy and decarbonization analysis to support project delivery.
• Develop decarbonization targets and support advisory scopes with clients.
• Assist in developing and evolving technical delivery processes for sustainability services.
• Support ESG advisory and sustainable buildings initiatives across client portfolios.
