Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Climate and Decarbonization, to support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions for our global real estate clients. You will apply your understanding of building operations and sustainability to help develop pathways and analyses.

You will work with the North American Sustainability Consulting team, perform data analysis in Excel, support reporting, and engage with clients on targets and measures across asset types.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, and/or decarbonization/energy efficiency
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple real estate asset types
• Previous experience with site visits and client engagement
• Possess strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• An excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis

Responsibilities

• Technical Energy and Decarbonization Analysis: support delivery of energy/decabonization solutions development, energy benchmarking and reporting for asset-level measures
• Decarbonization Advisory Support: engage with clients on targets and develop reports/memos communicating technical details
• Technical Delivery Process Development: help evolve technical solutions for sustainability consulting services
• Additional ESG Advisory & Sustainable Buildings Support: assist with LEED, WELL, Fitwel, and ESG portfolio advisory
