Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Associate Project Manager for the Climate and Decarbonization Practice to support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions for global real estate clients. You will engage with teams to develop pathways, perform benchmarking, and contribute to advisory reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, and/or decarbonization/energy efficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions to real estate partners.
• Perform energy benchmarking and reporting, including asset-level and portfolio analyses.
• Support building performance standard compliance across the US (e.g., LL97, BERDO) with analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate across North American Sustainability Consulting to integrate solutions and client deliverables.
