Job summary

You will help manage execution from initiation to completion, coordinating budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations across a dispersed team of consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within real estate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution.
• Stakeholder management: engage with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure effective collaboration.
• Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contract administration: assist in reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts with vendors.
• Project documentation: maintain project plans, status reports and minutes.
