Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining contract files, records, and documentation.
• Help prepare routine contract documents such as purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Support organization and distribution of contract correspondence and submittals.
• Learn to review contract documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in tracking contract milestones, dates, and renewal deadlines.
• Help log change orders, variations, and scope modifications.
• Support collection of payment applications, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist data entry for commercial tracking systems and cost records.
• Prepare routine contract status reports using templates.
• Assist in tracking insurance certificates and required documentation.
• Support meeting logistics: scheduling, materials, notes.
