Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Segment Quality Engineering to lead quality across defined platform areas. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle and improve release confidence, delivery speed, and production stability.

You will manage quality engineering leaders, engineers, and SDETs, drive governance, and advance automation initiatives while aligning with enterprise quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leads quality engineering practices across defined product sets.
• Experience with automation, testing, and delivery metrics.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering execution for segment apps and teams.
• Coach and develop QA engineers and SDETs.
• Drive quality planning across functional and release validation activities.
• Advance automation adoption and CI/CD integration.
• Monitor quality metrics and escalate risks as needed.
