Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Segment Quality Engineering to lead quality practices across a segment portfolio. You will drive test automation, release readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage leaders and teams, advance automation adoption, and ensure measurable quality outcomes while aligning with governance and enterprise standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent.
• 8+ years of software/quality engineering exp.
• 3+ years of leadership in quality engineering or delivery teams.
• Experience leading quality activities across multiple agile teams.
• Hands-on with enterprise quality tools and test automation platforms.
• Experience improving quality practices, automation, and metrics.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with API, UI, integration, regression, end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and modern architectures.
• Excellent communication across product, engineering, operations.
