Ladders seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Learning - Field Skills to lead learning strategy for North America's customer-facing teams in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

The role partners with stakeholders to build scalable onboarding, development, and sustained performance programs across therapeutic areas, with a focus on field sales and customer engagement. This remote-US based position offers a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience, including 5 years in field sales and 3 years in Commercial Learning.
• Proven track record building programs from scratch in evolving organizations.
• Experience developing customer engagement capabilities across brands or therapeutic areas preferred.

• Lead short- and long-term learning strategies for North America's customer-facing teams
• Define core competencies for customer engagement and selling by role and tenure
• Develop scalable onboarding to proficiency pathways across various roles
• Design and deliver training programs in virtual and in-person formats
