Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a strategic leader to head Field Sales Training, guiding learning across multiple products and commercial units. You will translate commercial priorities into scalable learning solutions, coach managers, and build capability through blended programs aligned with adult learning principles.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical and other functions to shape training strategy, oversee onboarding, launches, and ongoing development, and measure impact

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 12+ years in sales training, learning and development, or related field.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in relevant experience preferred.
• Second-line leadership experiencia preferred; leading people leaders and high-performing teams.
• Experience leading training across multiple products/brands/units.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and measurement.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction for Field Sales Training across products and units.
• Translate Commercial strategy into actionable learning and capability plans.
• Provide second-line leadership for Field Sales Training and develop talent.
• Oversee design, development, and evaluation of training for onboarding, launches and ongoing development.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations to align learning with brand and portfolio priorities.
• Monitor outcomes with analytics to drive continuous improvement and impact.
