Qualifications

• University degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in organizational change management or transformation, including 5+ years leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformations across multiple functions and locations.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish the change management strategy for digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of four direct reports, ensuring accountability and resource allocation.
• Direct change management for large-scale transformations, including platform implementations and process redesign.
• Assess organizational impact and readiness, identify gaps, and translate findings into action plans.
• Activate executive sponsorship by coaching leaders on effective communication and adoption strategies.
• Integrate change management activities into project roadmaps and deployment decisions.
• Drive engagement through stakeholder communications, training, and change champion networks.
