Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in partner programs, channel operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs at the director level.
• Experience with partner portals or B2B platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI definition and data interpretation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Cybersecurity or technology solutions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of the partner portal experience.
• Drive partner onboarding and ongoing engagement with portal capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to performance visibility.
• Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on feedback and business value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements.
• Establish standards for content quality and lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and data for improved experiences.
