You will partner with senior stakeholders to build compelling business cases, establish governance, and drive measurable progress.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen and deep change management experience in a matrixed environment, with remote US-based work and a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• PhD with 4+ years, or MS with 7+, or BA/BS with 9+ years in business transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change management initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop executive-level business cases.
• Expertise in organizational change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence and lead in a global, matrixed organization.
