PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive in the San Diego area to assist the Business Development Executives with account management, meeting coordination, and client communications. Responsibilities

• Support Lead Generation Manager in seeking out, finding and developing new clinical business leads.
• Research drug development companies and update their information in Salesforce.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs, medical devices, animal health and cell & gene therapy organizations.
• Attend client meetings and generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days.
• Follow up on requests for information from clients and the Global BD team.
• Respond to inquiries via email, website, phone or trade shows.
• Assist BD Executives in organizing Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts.
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity.
• Manage PCI Site Visits, book rooms and collate materials.
• Attend PCI Site Meetings on behalf of the BD Executive.
• Support submission of CDAs or MSAs to legal teams.
